Trustever Tastes is a cultural association that is animated by its charter members Paola and Carlo. Trust is the cornerstone of a partnership that has been honed and tempered over the course over twenty years as sister and brother in-law. In addition to sharing a surname, they share a passion for hosting, tasting and cooking and each brings almost 30 years of international professional and entrepreneurial experience that converge at Trustever Tastes.
Paola successfully completed second level studies at “Tu Chef” and ran her own catering and specialty food product company “Le Fate Cuoche” for many years.
Carlo is a certified oil sommelier and is graduating from the level one course at the prestigious “Tu Chef” school in Rome.
